- Platform Management- Oversee the daily operations of ecommerce platform ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Sales Optimization- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, including product placment, pricing and promotional activities.
- Product Listing- Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, high quality images and competitive pricing.
- Data analysis - Monitor and analyze website performance, sales data etc.
- Marketing Co-ordination - Work with the marketing team or execute online marketing campaigns, promotions & advertising.
- Inventory Mgmt- Ensure proper stock level and efficient order fulfilment process
- Customer Service - handle customer inquiries, complaints and ensure to handle with high level of customer satisfactions.
- Assists in developing and maintaining strong relationship with clients, distributors and partners to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Business Admin, Marketing, Ecommerce or similar in discipline
- At least 1 year in Ecommerce mgmt field with practical experience in FMCG industry.
- Experience in digital marketing including SEO, SEM email marketing and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and tools
- Knowledge of web designs and development is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience in project management is an advantageous.
