E-Commerce Executive

Sports Fashion Pte Ltd is Singapore's very own homegrown sporting goods specialist. For decades, we have been dedicated to bringing the top sports products to Singapore's shores through our retail brands iRun, Weston Corp, Limited Edt, and many more.

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the E-Commerce Project Manager in handling the iRun online store and our various online marketplaces. They must possess comprehensive knowledge of online marketplace platforms (Lazada, Qoo10, etc.) and sporting goods (running shoes, soccer boots, tennis rackets, etc.), and be comfortable interacting with customers via email, phone, and face-to-face.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and maintenance of online content

• Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO

Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and returns

• Respond to all online customer queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Provide immediate assistance to customers who opt for in-person order pickup

• Maintain the required stock level of packaging materials

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement

• Minimum Requirements:

Diploma holders preferred

• Proven experience in e-commerce and online marketplaces

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Team player with strong organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus
