E-commerce Fulfilment Specialist (Retail support / Up to $2500 / Bencoolen) - SS10

Position Title: E-commerce Fulfilment Specialist (Retail support)
Location: Bencoolen
Working Days: Mon to Fri, 6 Days work week
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Salary: $2,500

Responsibilities

Process E-commerce order and inventory updating

• Orders processing in various e-commerce in a timely and accurately manner.
• Handle all customers enquiries received
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok and website etc
• Regularly update and ensure adequate inventory levels

Set-up and manage website and e-commerce sales/promotion

• Manage and assist in the product content, images, promotion mechanics and pricing update/ upload on the eCommerce Channels and website
• Overall manage / edit product descriptions and pictures for online platforms
• Promote and manage online sales and presence.

Provide Social Media support campaign

• Manage the Group's digital marketing front: Facebook, Instagram, Google (Analytics and Ads) - includes content creation and analysis of each campaign's data
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Retail support

• Serve walk-in customers at our physical retail store
• Display and replenish stocks for other retail outlets
• Pick and prepare goods for delivery

Requirement

• Min 2 years experiece in related field
• Hands-on experience with eCom Marketplace Channel
