Ecommerce Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage online order processing efficiently
. Ensure timely follow-up on all online orders
. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages
. Ensure inventory levels are consistently optimized and collaborate closely with the warehouse team to prevent any instances of stockouts.
. Proficient in seller platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, adept at managing platform sales
. Able to perform adhoc duties given to support e-commerce team

Preferred skills and experience
. No experience needed. Training will be provided.
. Minimum Diploma in any field.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
. Demonstrate a positive attitude and collaborate effectively within a tea
