eCommerce & Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

eCommerce Operations:

• Audit, manage and maintain product listings and pricing on eStore and online marketplaces
• Manage inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of online orders.
• Handle live chats in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing Operations:

• Liaise with the in-house graphic designer to create marketing materials such as banners and promotional assets.
• Provide clear briefs and feedback to the designer, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage the approval process for marketing materials.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of marketing assets for online campaigns.

Requirements:

• Savvy with social/digital media platforms
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and written
• Independent and self-driven with problem-solving skills
• Able to build rapport with various stakeholders to understand their need
• Comfortable with routine work
• Meticulous, able to multi-task and prioritise an ever-changing workload in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for riding and motorcycle is preferred
• Preferably with SME working experience

Other Information:

• Work Schedule: 5-day work week (8:45 am 6:15 pm)
• Location: Near Sembawang & Admiralty MRT stations
