Vainpot is a eCommerce Retailer that specialise in Nail Art/ Nail Polish Supplies.
We currently have a small team focused on growing this platform and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about e-commerce and can support our team. From management of orders, inventory management to digital marketing, you will have first-hand experience on how to manage an e-commerce platform.
Your role will include:
- Managing daily e-commerce order fulfilment (on Lazada, Shopee and website)
Liaising with our courier services- Inventory management (e.g. stock taking, managing stock)
Ensuring that website content is displayed correctly and liaising with the team to amend any errors
- Managing products on various platforms (e.g. upload new products, manage campaigns)
Manage Marketing Campaigns- Social media content creator: supporting our social media manager to create fun, creative and informative content (e.g. Instagram reels and videos)
Should be able to commit to at least 6 Months of Internship
- You may also be offered to convert to full-time employee upon completion of internship
You should be:
- A fast learner and effective team player
Able to work independently- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Organised and responsive
- Passionate about creating engaging social media content on Instagram and Tiktok
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
- Able to convert to full time after the end of internship.
