Reporting to the Senior Manager, in the Domestic Helper & Bankers Guarantee Department.
A day in the life:
Manage clients enquiries and provide insurance advice on quotations, renewals and other requests.
Identify insurance needs of clients and delivery of solutions.
Preparation of documents relating to transacted business.
Attend to walk-in customers.
Maintain close relationship with customers and partners through dedicated and excellent service.
Identify and develop new business opportunities where possible.
Carry out any other duties as assigned when required.
Handlings Maids claims.
Attend to walk-in customers.
What you need:
At least a GCE O certificate holder or above with at least 2 years of insurance experience.
A minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent.
Strong service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, positive thinking and proactive attitude.
Meticulous, organized and possess initiative.
Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently.
Must be a team player and be able to work together in a team.
