What you'll be doing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Analyse workforce trends and develop plans to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Lead and participate in various HR projects aimed at improving organisational effectiveness
• Oversee C&B programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards
• Implement and maintain a performance management system that aligns with organisational goal

What we're looking for

• Degree holder and above
• 3-4 years of relevant experience will be advantageous
