We seek an enthusiastic and talented Marketing & Communications Executive to join our Access to Justice charity. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering our communication strategies, managing internal and external communications, developing marketing campaigns, executing impactful social media strategies, creating engaging content, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms. Reporting to the Development and Communications Assistant Manager, the ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and communications, with a passion for storytelling and making a positive impact.
- Social Media and Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement social media and content strategies to grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, aligning these strategies with our organisations mission, campaigns, events, and communication objectives.- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital platforms and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Assist in managing and updating the charity's social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
Assist in updating and ensuring the accuracy of the corporate websites content, keeping it current, relevant, and engaging.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and materials for website updates.
Collaborate with the team to utilise SEO and other digital marketing techniques to increase online visibility.- Monitor website analytics to track performance, user engagement, and conversion rates and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Support the creation of content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email newsletters, as well as traditional print materials. This includes designing graphics, crafting written content, and producing videos to effectively engage our target audience across multiple mediums.- Develop compelling stories that highlight the impact of our work, featuring beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, and events.
Ensure all content aligns with the charitys brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
Assist in the planning and executing events such as new launches, initiatives, and fundraising or outreach events.
- Provide marketing support for events, including designing collaterals and signages required for events, developing a social media plan for events publicity purpose etc.
Provide on-the-ground support during events, ensuring effective communication and promotion.
Assist other departments with their communications-related requests. This includes design and create marketing materials, corporate collateral, and event collateral to ensure consistent and effective messaging. For example, create flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials for upcoming events and initiatives to support individual programmes and initiatives.- Ensure that all departmental communications align with the overall brand and strategic goals of the organisation.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing and communications function of the organisation.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role, or relevant internship/part time experience for fresh graduates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in another local language is a plus.- Strong storytelling abilities and creativity.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management (e.g., WordPress).
- Ability to design graphics using various tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software.
Video editing skills are a plus.- Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
