Responsibilities:
- Mainly involved in credit control matters accounts receivables & accounts payables (AR/AP).
- Follow up with the collection of non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Liaise with customers on statements of accounts and invoices, issue dunning letter accordingly.
- Ensure prompt updating of receipts from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activities.
- Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function.
- Assist in annual audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
- 2 years of work experience in accounting/finance, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment but not a MUST HAVE.
- Analytical Skills and knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecast.
