JOB PURPOSE
This role supports all C&B and Financial operations activities for the Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP) office and in the region. The incumbent will work closely with FBAP Finance, FFAP Finance (as needed) teams, FBAP HR, Opcos HR and/or Finance teams, to ensure timely and accurate deliverables of all C&B and financial related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for the following but not limited to:-
- Preparing and submitting all financial related activities, for FBAP on budgeting, costing, accruals, forecast (outlook), re-charging and reconciliation activities relating to manpower cost.
- Liaising and is the point of contact with Finance teams on manpower budget, costing, accruals, forecast (outlook) and re-charging activities.
- Working closely with Finance teams to deliver and ensure timelines relating to budget, costing, forecast, accruals and recharging processes, deliverables and timelines are met.
- Working closely with Finance teams on C&B payment transactions for reconciliation.
- Driving process harmonization, improvements to achieve simplification and efficiency.
- Driving governance of the C&B and financial related activities, to ensure compliance with ISMS and procurement requirements.
- Developing a tracking mechanism to ensure compliance with Legal, Procurement & ISMS requirements on C&B contract renewals, IDMP & PO/PR requiremen
- Handling, processing and tracking all C&B and financial related inter-company re-charging, purchase orders, invoices, and re-charging activities/documentations, ensuring they are billed by vendors on a timely manner.
- Developing and updating SOP on all C&B operational & financial related activities.
- Raising IDMP (internal decision making process) document, monitoring and tracking them, ensuring that IDMP is raised for all vendor service renewal
- Tracking and initiating benefits contract renewal, performing costing analysis, and liaising with vendors.
- Consolidating, analysing and submitting data for salary, benefits & government related surveys, as required.
- Consolidating, reviewing and submitting census data to benefits vendors, suppliers, as required.
- Gathering information/data and simulating manpower costing and resource planning
- Supporting in other Financial and C&B related work activities, as required.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Degree or Diploma holders
- Min 3yrs Finance related experience. Experience in HR is an advantage.
- Must have knowledge on accounting terms and be numerical.
- Someone in HR with financial accounting experience is an advantage.
