Job Description
Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, matcha, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in the cafe and workstations.
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Provide high quality of customer service to all customers
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting low inventory levels.
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge upholding KYO KOHEE's culture, values and mission
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and efficient workflow.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Requirements
- 5-day work week (weekdays only)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Good working mindset and willingness to learn.
- Able to communicate with a diverse group of people in spoken English
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred, but not required. Training will be provided/
