  • Full-Time Brand Marketing & Sales Manager Singapore (OR Full - Time 3months contract )
  • Location: Singapore (In-person)
Salary: From SGD 2,500 + Competitive Commission Structure

  • Job Scope and Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth:
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Optimize the sales funnel and execute targeted promotions to achieve business objectives.
  • International Sales Development:
Establish and maintain relationships with international retail stores and distributors to expand the brand's global footprint.
  • Engage with international buyers to drive sales and increase brand presence in key markets.
  • Digital Marketing & Ad Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and search engines.
  • Focus on maximizing return on investment and achieving business growth through targeted advertising strategies.
  • E-commerce Management:
Oversee the performance of the online store, with an emphasis on improving customer experience and conversion rates.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Event & Creative Marketing:
Plan and manage creative marketing events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Ensure events are executed within budget while achieving desired outcomes.
  • Leadership & Team Building:
Contribute to the growth and development of the brand by building and leading a small sales team as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills in expanding brand awareness and driving team success.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships:
Identify and pursue potential partnerships with luxury platforms, and retail stores to increase brand visibility and reach.
  • Foster collaborations that align with the brand's values and growth objectives.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular reports on marketing and sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Adapt strategies based on performance data to meet business goals.
  • Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing or Marketing sales, preferably within the luxury jewelry, fashion, or e-commerce industry.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving online sales and managing digital marketing campaigns.
Event Management: Experience in planning and executing events and creative marketing strategies.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury branding and customer engagement.
  • Network: Preferred candidates with existing connections in jewelry retail or with distributors.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Availability: Willingness to start immediately and grow with the brand.
