We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand identity and enhancing customer engagement through innovative digital content strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute captivating campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
. Develop engaging digital content for in-store touchpoints, including digital signage, interactive displays, and mobile applications.
. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute brand identity and campaign proposals.
. Ensure consistency in messaging and visual aesthetics across all digital platforms.
. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital content development, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
. Conduct regular performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of digital content initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

. Leadership: Exhibits strong leadership skills, confidently liaising and coordinating with other department heads, even in remote work settings.
. Communication: Maintains clear and effective communication, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and timely project execution.
What you will need:
. Proven experience in graphic design , preferably within the food and beverage industry.
. Proficiency in graphic design software and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and consumer behaviour.
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
. Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.
. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Agency experience preferred.
