Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive and dynamic multi-channel digital marketing strategy tailored for the Group's business segments, ensuring its robustness in achieving strategic objectives and maximising impact across diverse channels.
- Align digital marketing strategies with the overall business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Utilise data-driven insights to monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics and KPIs.
- Implement innovative and cutting-edge digital marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
The Successful Applicant
- Extensive experience (15+ years) in digital marketing strategy leadership, development and hands on execution, with a focus on B2B and technology-driven industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, content management systems, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of the ICT and digital marketing industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Experienced with customer journey mapping, user testing, and methods and procedures used in customer data analysis and digital marketing KPI evaluation.
