Role Overview:
As the first marketing hire and Growth Lead at Unlimit Accounts, you will spearhead elevating brand awareness and building a lead generation engine targeted at technology companies and startups. You will be as comfortable discussing strategy with the CEO as implementing it and delivering RoI effectively over a short time period. This role demands a strategic thinker with the capability to implement marketing initiatives that resonate with our core audience and drive scalable growth.Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals, focusing on building brand awareness and establishing a scalable lead acquisition model.
Brand Management: Elevate Unlimit Accounts brand presence, among technology companies and startups, leveraging off and online activities, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing channels.
Public Relations: Manage PR activities to enhance brand visibility and credibility through media coverage, key opinion leader partnerships, and speaking opportunities at industry events.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, case studies, and promotional videos, that resonate with our target audience.
Lead Generation: Design and implement effective lead generation programs that attract and convert target customers, utilizing a mix of digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnership strategies.Market
Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Integrated Campaign Execution: Coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns, integrating influencer and affiliate efforts with SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing initiatives to drive cohesive brand messaging and user acquisition.
Influencer marketing: Work closely with influencers and affiliates to co-create authentic, compelling content that resonates with our target audiences, driving engagement and conversions.
Performance Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online and offline campaigns, adapting strategies based on insights to optimize ROI.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the technology or financial services sectors.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, particularly in building brand awareness and lead generation for new products.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and set strategic priorities.
