What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced growth marketer who will be in charge of formulating and executing the marketing strategies of our B2B SaaS product. You will work closely with the Founder and the Marketing team to create campaigns that build customer awareness of our product and optimize inbound conversions.

To succeed in this role you will need to be a hands-on growth marketer who is strategic in thinking, and astute in actions. You enjoy taking end-to-end ownership of projects and delivering tangible business values.

This role will be challenging, but extremely rewarding -- you will gain invaluable experience in experimenting go-to-market strategies across different channels, in an agile environment. This is a unique opportunity for you to make a substantial impact at a young and fast-growing startup!

Responsibilities

  • Establish and refine marketing funnels to generate inbound leads
  • Build automation and engagement campaigns for different customer personas at different lifecycle stages
  • Experiment different growth initiatives to boost our brand's online presence and follower base
  • Manage and execute paid marketing campaigns across SEM, Display, Social, and other digital channels
  • Prepare customer-facing content (e.g. websites, product videos) that supports product storytelling and attracts customers
  • Develop deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and identify new ways to acquire and engage with customers

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing / product marketing at a B2B / SaaS company. Previous experience in HR tech is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Exceptional written communication skills; able to craft compelling marketing content
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to details, and critical thinking
  • Strong team player with good communication and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial, quick learner, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment
