Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior tech leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing insights on performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement to support ongoing transformation.
- Talent Development & Diversity: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top tech talent and champion diversity. Drive leadership development, career progression, and talent retention across the technology function.
- Change & Transformation Leadership: Lead the HR workstream for the setup of Global Tech Product Teams, managing cross-functional collaboration, process design, and employee adoption of new ways of working.
- Employee Relations & Well-being: Independently manage employee relations in line with company policies and ensure a fair, inclusive, and engaged workplace.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation, promotions, and salary benchmarking, ensuring alignment with market standards and business goals.
- HR Analytics: Leverage data to inform decision-making and provide leadership with actionable insights on workforce trends and transformation progress.
