Here is an opportunity to join them as HRBP Lead to support one of the key business divisions together with a small team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Support assigned business division at the strategic level, partnering closely with the business stakeholders on all people matters including but not limited to employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, rewards, manpower planning and employee engagement
- Collaborate with the broader HR team (Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Shared Services) on delivery of HR services and programmes.
- Participate in HR-related projects to drive continuous improvement in HR processes
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree qualified with 12 to 15 years of HR experience, with solid Business Partnering experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment and large organizations
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices. Prior experience in Industrial Relations/Employee Relations will be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing and presentation skills
- A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity
- A flexible and open-minded working style and customer-centric mentality
- Highly developed people manager skills with the ability to coach and nurture talent
