The ideal candidate will review and standardize similar processes across various HR teams to be managed by a unified team, utilizing technology wherever possible. He/she will establish an operations unit that collaborates with HR teams to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. He/she will also serve as an HR Business Partner to the leadership and line managers, offering guidance and solutions for day-to-day personnel matters and supporting the long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Standardize and centralize HR processes across various teams, utilizing technology whenever feasible.
- Establish an operations unit to collaborate with HR teams, enhancing efficiency and streamlining workflows.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by offering strategic HR solutions tailored to business needs. Provide coaching and development for the business leadership team to promote effective people management and offer advice on manpower strategies.
- Offer expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment law, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment, and reward strategies.
- Advise employees and managers on industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead governance initiatives and projects.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource.
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in Human Resources.
- Highly system and process-oriented.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with staff at all levels.
