Attract candidates through job postings, social media, and targeted outreach.

Business Development

Research industry trends and competitors.

Brand personal or business accounts to attract clients/candidates.

Suggest creative talent sourcing methods.

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Understand client business, culture, and resourcing needs.

Engage with clients and candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, WeChat, and Weibo.

Manage pipelines and develop plans to hit growth targets.

Customize pitches and demos for specific prospects.
