Key Account Client Service Executive [Gross $3500 + Performance Bonus]

Summary:

• Basic up to $3500 + Performance bonus
• Mon-Fri: 9am - 6pm Sat: 9am to 1pm (can apply WFH after confirmation)
• West region, Pandan Loop, Nearest MRT station Clementi
• Hybrid mode (WFH) would be implement after 3 months probation
• FMCG industry

Job scope:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, sharing product/service details, and maintaining positive relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Process and track client orders, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to meet client expectations.
• Handle complaints and resolve problems effectively. Proactively identify potential issues to avoid disruptions in service.
• Collect feedback to support continuous improvement efforts. Prepare regular reports on account activities, satisfaction levels, and KPIs.
• Work closely with sales and other internal departments to align strategies and address client-related needs efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related field (2+ years).
• Experience working with key accounts or in a B2B environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in customer service software (e.g., CRM systems) and MS Office
