Job Description: B2B SaaS RegTech Lead Generation Specialist
We are looking for a B2B SaaS Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business opportunities and optimize the sales funnel in the rapidly evolving RegTech industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Sales Leader, develop targeted lead generation strategies, and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers in compliance and regulatory sectors. Leverage digital marketing tools, cold outreach, and networking events to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B SaaS leads. - Sales Funnel Optimization
Partner with the Sales Leader to refine and scale the sales funnel, ensuring smooth transitions from lead generation to conversion. Provide insights on lead quality, pipeline health, and propose strategies for improving conversion rates. - Market Research & Targeting
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities within the RegTech sector. Focus outreach on key verticals such as financial services and regulatory bodies. Remain abreast of industry trends, competitors activities, and market conditions to pinpoint fresh business prospects effectively. - Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to align lead generation efforts with product offerings and customer needs. Assist in creating marketing materials such as case studies, webinars, and demos for RegTech prospects. - Data-Driven Lead Management
Track and report on lead generation metrics such as conversion rates and customer acquisition costs. Use CRM and SaaS analytics tools to manage leads and optimize campaigns. - Consultative Prospect Engagement
Engage with potential clients to understand their regulatory challenges and provide tailored SaaS solution demonstrations, building strong, long-term relationships.
Key Attributes:
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance sectors.
- Strong lead generation skills with a history of driving new business.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve sales funnel performance.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams.
- Consultative selling approach, understanding client needs and providing solutions.
- Adaptability in a dynamic RegTech environment with a self-starter mentality.

- Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong presentation skills and ability to do demonstrations of SaaS solutions
