The NTU University Advancement Office (UAO) supports the University's giving mission by fostering meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships with philanthropists, alumni, business community partners, corporations, foundations, and friends that result in goodwill and philanthropy towards education and research that underpin a shared sustainable future.
UAO is seeking to hire an advancement professional to work with key stakeholders in NTU and to develop opportunities for it to expand and promote its advancement objectives. The Manager supports the Annual Giving Team in the development of fundraising and related programmes. There will be room for creativity that can be amplified to grow a culture of philanthropy and giving back to one's alma mater.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual giving plans
- Analyze past giving trends to inform future strategies. Review and enhance existing product plans to sustain success or identify gaps/issues for improvement
- Manage, monitor and evaluate the programmes effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to meet overall objectives
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and drive engagement
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote fundraising events, programs and initiatives
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- At least 6 to 7 years experience, with demonstrated success in programme development, product development or business development
- A team player with integrity, strong strategic capabilities and problem-solving skills in fundraising campaigns and project-management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel, from which the job holder is able to present cogent analysis and propose innovative action plans benefiting a wider community
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (BBCRM) would be highly advantageous
