Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.
Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and support the development and establishment of Mandai Wildlife Reserve (MWR) into a globally renowned nature and wildlife destination.
Steward our brand and support strategic marketing initiatives.
Champion our quest for international recognition and excellence through awards & accolades.
Collaborate with park managers within Sales and Marketing to jointly achieve attendance and revenue goals for MWR and its parks.
Spearhead international go-to-market campaigns and initiatives that inspire consumers, drives action to visit MWR, as well as advocacy for sustainability and conservation.
Forge partnerships in key global markets to achieve both strategic and commercial destination marketing goals.
Collaborate with our creative agency, production houses and in-house design team to craft compelling visuals, campaign ads and engaging collaterals.
Partner with our media agency to strategise, execute and optimise media campaigns.
Thrive in a collaborative environment working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to bring key campaigns and projects to life.
Take charge of projects from start to fruition - from planning, budgeting and meeting deadlines to contingency planning, campaign analysis and reporting, showcasing quality outputs and outcomes.
Embark on special projects that challenge and inspire you to reach new heights.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Highly motivated individual with at least 5 to 7 years of international or regional marketing experience, ideally in the dynamic domains of Tourism or Hospitality.
Demonstrated ability in brand building, consumer integrated marketing, digital marketing, project management and budget management.
Proven capability to engage with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, purposeful environment.
Exhibit confidence, creativity, and boundless energy, complemented by impeccable interpersonal and communication skills.
Successfully managed media and creative agencies in earlier roles.
Analytical, results-orientated, and highly organised.
Thrive both as an independent contributor and a collaborative team player.
Proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Japanese or Korean) would be an asset.
