Job Description
Marketing
. Manage all creative assets sent by HQ
. Adaptations of key visuals for both local & overseas markets
. Follow up with HQ on creative assets for new & existing products
. Handle POSM requests for all countries
. Adaptation of visuals for digital media, FB posts, POSMs etc. in ASEAN
. E-commerce official stores update - pack shots, thumbnails, banners for 6 countries
. Liaise with HQ on updates to website
. Work closely with agency for creative adaptations and digital media activities
. Video uploads on YouTube & IG
. Influencer campaigns
. Running groups sampling, marathon events for SG
. Social media support - replying consumer queries and comments on FB, IG profiles
. Manage general email queries
Financial Tracking
. Prepare monthly expense forms
. Manage all financial trackers - 7 countries
. Check and send all invoices to head office in Japan, update in financial trackers
. Get monthly payment status updates HQ and update in financial trackers
. Monthly service fee invoicing to HQ
Others
.Adapt label or packaging designs for local markets whenever necessary (adaptations from master design which is provided by HQ) - work closely with group Regulatory & HQ
. Liaise with HQ to request master label designs of new products
. Re-ordering of labels, follow up for delivery with printing company
