Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online presence and content. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to drive viewership, engagement and trends. If you have a strong background in digital marketing, and a passion for creating interesting contents, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and collaborate with the team to conceptualize, visualize, design and execute creative content and layouts to support marketing campaigns, while adhering to brand guidelines, tone and style.
  • Develop and manage the Content Calendar and deadlines for all projects.
  • Craft content that is visually appealing and attention-grabbing to resonate with the Social Media/TikTok beauty and Gen-Z audience.
  • Must be comfortable in front of the camera, must be okay to be featured in some of our video content
  • Be self-sufficient with producing & editing your own video content
  • Foster user-generated content and customer reviews to build trust and authenticity.
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Explore and provide the teams with the most updated trends in content creation for digital brand campaigns.
  • Execute online promotion and marketing campaigns through social media platforms
  • Track and evaluate the performance of online media channels and campaigns and assess against business goal
  • Support events with any ad-hoc projects and other duties when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with at least 1-2 years of ecommerce/digital marketing/marketing /graphic design/analytics experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media, content creation, and live streaming.
  • Creative abilities to think beyond traditional editorial approaches to include community-building platforms, video-production and editorial photography.
  • Excellent time management, communications, judgment, decision-making, presentation, human relations and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
