The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to effectively communicate our services to diverse audiences, including government agencies, private sector clients, and industry stakeholders.
Job Description
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the land transport sector. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform marketing efforts.
- Content Development: Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, website content, newsletters, and blog posts that highlight MSI's consultancy services and successes.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and enhance MSI's online presence through social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns. Utilize analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Event Coordination: Organize and participate in industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote MSI's services. Prepare presentations and promotional materials for events.
- Client Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. Facilitate communication between clients and the consultancy team to ensure client needs are understood and addressed.
- Collaborative Ideation: Work closely with the consultancy team to develop marketing strategies that align with the firm's objectives and showcase our expertise in Transportation Planning, Rail Systems Engineering, Intelligent Transport Systems, and other key areas.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the consultancy, transportation, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with land transport management principles and technologies is a plus.
