As a Marketing & Campaign Coordinator, your expertise in marketing and project management will be key to driving successful client relationships and delivering outstanding campaign results in the tech industry. You'll be at the forefront of leading integrated marketing projects, ensuring that our clients expectations are not only met but exceeded. By leveraging your understanding of digital and offline marketing strategies, you will ensure seamless execution of campaigns that align with brand objectives, engage target audiences, and deliver measurable impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary liaison between our team and the client for all ongoing projects, ensuring that client briefings are delivered with the highest quality and in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering a collaborative environment that drives both great work and strong results.
  • Coordinate client briefings, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of key milestones, including presentations, approvals, and production.
  • Manage project workflows and oversee the implementation of end-to-end campaigns from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure all projects align with the strategic direction of the client's brand and objectives.
  • Lead client conversations, manage budgets, and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Act as a key enabler of processes, including innovative project planning, team reviews, and seamless communication systems with cross-functional teams.
  • Pursue digital opportunities and explore innovative campaign ideas.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in project management in a creative environment.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Highly collaborative with a positive, solution-driven attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
