Responsible for planning, developing, executing marketing and corporate communication events and campaigns that drive brand awareness and profitability for the company.
Actively contribute to the development of customer lifecycle activity planning in the areas of acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and maximum the market performance.
Manage key marketing and corporate communication projects and ensure budget is within the operational guideline.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, key media, influencers, and external partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and stakeholders across relevant markets and sectors.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness and impact of events and campaigns. Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and key metrics to present to senior management, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or other related discipline.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications (in-house or agency), with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably from fashion retail or FMCG industry.
Experience in event management, influencer partnership and ESG projects.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and trends the product categories.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and customer-driven marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
