Overview
Reporting to and working closely with the Marcom Manager, the Marcom Executive will play a key role in supporting, coordinating, and executing various marketing and communications functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, creative, and possesses excellent organizational skills. He/ She should demonstrate a positive attitude, be open to new challenges, and take ownership of their responsibilities to deliver the desired results.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, develop and implement marketing activations aligned with the company's branding, goals, and objectives.
- Conceptualize and execute designs for marketing materials, including mailers, flyers, banners, newsletters, social media posts, etc.
- Manage the brand's social media platforms, including content curation, production, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Assist with data collation and performance reporting.
- Support in-house event planning and execution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, social media management, content production, and collateral design.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to conceptualize and think creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong language proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Responsible, with a positive attitude and a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop.
