Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
• Develop and manage the company's brand identity and messaging.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business, marketing, and data analytics roles. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently. Proven ability to handle complex tasks and anticipate future needs.
