Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects.
- Meet with clients to plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals and sales targets.
- Help gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends.
- Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events.
- Creating sales material and monthly promotion to support the sales team for their product / sales presentation.
- To manage all brands equity/product images/events launches/ design monthly promotion using data information.
- Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals.
- Developing and managing an online platform for commercial and corporate customers.
- To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3 years and above experience as a marketing executive or in a similar role.
- Solid grasp of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Thorough understanding of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Experience in content development and website design.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools (e.g., WebTrends).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated creativity and business acumen.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
