Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, digital email, print, and events.
Help develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email templates, and social media content.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
Content Creation & Management:
Assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, websites, and other marketing platforms.
Help maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Social Media Management:
Assist in managing the company and client's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and help with content scheduling
Conduct research on industry trends and competitors social media strategies to improve engagement.
Help maintain and update the customer database in the CRM system.
Event Support:
Assist in planning and organizing events
Help with event logistics, including coordination with vendors, setting up booths, and distributing promotional materials.
Manage event registrations, attendee lists, and follow-up communications.
Administrative Support:
Assist the marketing team with general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing documents, and coordinating marketing activities.
Maintain marketing databases and organize resources like promotional materials and marketing collateral.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role (internship experience is also valuable).
Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of social media channels and trends.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
