About The Role
As a Marketing Executive, youll play a key role in driving growth by leading, measuring, and optimising impactful marketing campaigns. This is a full-time role based in Singapore, with amazing growth potential. If you're an ambitious self-starter who is eager to learn and be involved in all aspects of fintech marketing, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll do:
Digital marketing: Plan, launch, and optimise organic and paid campaigns on platforms including Google, Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and improve online lead generation.
Demand generation: Attract and nurture leads by working with the marketing team on projects including SEO blog content and case studies, website optimisation, and email campaigns. Youll get to explore and test new campaigns and platforms to find new growth opportunities in each market.
Product marketing: Work closely with the product and GTM teams to excite and onboard users when we launch new features and products.
Branding: Work with designers to create engaging and effective marketing collateral to support GTM efforts in each market, including brochures, video demos, and decks.
Analytics: Develop reporting dashboards and data visualization to analyse campaign performance and key metrics along the user acquisition journey.
Other ad-hoc marketing tasks as required
What were looking for:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
Strong preference for applicants with a successful track record of managing paid marketing campaigns
Strong copywriting skills. Graphic design skills are a big plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
A creative and curious mindset, with a drive to always improve processes, be extremely hands-on and keep learning
Self-starter who can independently and efficiently drive projects in a fast-paced startup environment
Comfortable with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Search Console. Familiarity with other marketing platforms is a plus
