Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and be up to date on market information and trends
  • Be up to date on authorities regulations on residential sales
  • Handle all sales documentation and showflat related items
  • Develop and carry out marketing plans, campaigns and strategies to improve the sales for the portfolio assigned
  • Plan and manage advertising and promotion budget
  • Build and maintain good relationship with vendors and real estate agents
  • General administration support

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in real estate/ marketing or equivalent
  • Experience in Property Related Sector
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Strong communication skill
  • Good understanding on residential and mixed development marketing
