POSITION SUMMARY
. Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional events for the assigned brand(s) according to set guidelines
. Manage Public Relations, event, creative and production agencies
. Support the store Business Goals
. Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
. Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns and promotional events
. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
. Translate copy for marketing distributions (social media posts, EDMs, press releases etc)
. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
. Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs
. Build effective working relations with Brand Manager and store teams
. Monthly engagement with Store Manager at store level
REQUIREMENTS
. Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Marketing
. Minimum 2-3 years & above of solid working experience in marketing planning, promotional programs development and execution, with excellent commercial insight and good analytical skill
. Good working knowledge of Ecommerce, digital media, media strategy, marketing, or retail marketing
. Agency experience preferred
