Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, in-store promotions, and events.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms and manage content calendars.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional strategies that drive awareness and increase sales.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and use insights to optimize strategies.
- Support product launches by coordinating marketing collateral, online promotions, and influencer outreach.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Assist with the development of point-of-sale materials and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the F&B or FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and basic digital marketing principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
