Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:

. Plan, launch, and refine digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display ads.

. Track campaign performance, assess key metrics, and adjust strategies to meet objectives.

. Manage budgets strategically to ensure targeted ROI.

SEO and SEM:

. Perform keyword research and on-page SEO improvements to boost website visibility on search engines.

. Oversee and enhance PPC advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads.

. Allocate budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.

Digital Presence:

. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.

. Create and manage a WhatsApp Community and Broadcasting channel.

. Oversee and update the LinkedIn page.

. Distribute budgets to optimize campaign outcomes.

Analytics and Reporting:

. Use analytics tools to monitor and report on digital campaign performance.

. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Sales Administration:

. Process and track sales orders to ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment.

. Maintain updated customer records and sales documents.

. Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales reports as needed.

. Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to support seamless sales processes.

. Deliver exceptional customer service through responsive communication by phone, email, or in person.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field.

. Expertise in Excel and business intelligence tools.

. Skill in designing social media content aligned with company vision.

. Commitment to long-term growth within the organization.

. Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign execution and content creation.

. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Canva, video editing (e.g., Camtasia), CRM, scheduling, social media management, and email marketing platforms.

. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

. Creative problem-solving skills, an analytical approach, and ability to make data-driven decisions.

. Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

. Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.

. Ability to handle confidential information and make sound judgments.

. Adaptability to shifting priorities and ability to work independently.
