Roles and Duties:
- Grow social channels (content strategy, iPhone videography and photography, copywriting, posting) via reach, engagement rate, and leads KPIs with close support from Growth Manager and Video Director
- Own social, online, and offline community building initiatives to nurture property decision makers to work with Ohmyhome
- Conduct monthly social and KPI reporting update meetings
- SEO optimise about 3 blog articles a week with close support from Content Specialist
- Manage twice a week small-scale offline events
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly your thoughts and ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for various campaigns, including digital, print, social media, events and experiential initiatives.
- Ensuring seamless consistency across all marketing materials, including collaterals, online, and offline advertising. The focus will be on maintaining uniformity in color schemes, fonts, spacing, and adherence to do's and don'ts.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative assets within established timelines and budgets.
- For vendor and agency management, collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when needed, ensuring their work aligns with the brand's vision and standards.
- Ensure effective project workflows and smooth communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Design and produce a wide range of media contents including graphics, photography, and animation for web development.
- Can work independently and coordinate with teammates.
- Support the production team with videography and photography projects.
- Good at organizing small scale events
Requirements:
- Proven social growth and community building/management (online and offiline) results, preferably for corporate accounts
- Expertise in end-to-end social account management, including production management
- Ability to present social growth as a driver of business results and foundation of growth marketing in 2024/2025
- Understanding of SEO copywriting best practices
- Takes initiative to suggest relevant growth strategies to 10x the results of their scope
- Proficient in Adobe CC mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere
- Bachelor Degree in Arts / Marketing or related fields
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in creative and/or event management
- Strong portfolio of work is required
- In-depth knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
- Proficient project management tools, and other creative platforms like Canva.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies.
- Respects project deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external creative partners and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Essential technological skills and artistic eye for detail
