Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional collateral, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and generate insights to optimize future strategies and tactics.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and front-of-house staff, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and support seamless execution of campaigns.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, partners, and vendors to leverage opportunities for coverage, endorsements, collaborations, and sponsorships.
Support the management of marketing budget and resources, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and evaluating ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3 years experience in marketing roles, with a focus on the F&B industry preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in content creation and copywriting, with excellent writing and editing skills to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
