Job Title: Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive

Our group of four companies, covering a range of industries, is looking for a talented Singaporean Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive to manage and expand our digital presence. This full-time role requires a proactive individual fluent in Mandarin to enhance social media engagement, create impactful content, and drive innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts and online presence, actively engaging audiences to build brand awareness.
- Generate leads and handle marketing communications on the company's social media platforms.
- Write compelling copy, design promotional materials, and create engaging content.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, with recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct photography and videography at our outlets edit materials as needed and create content aimed at upselling products.
- Compile, edit, and post before-and-after photos to showcase results and maximize visual impact.
- Identify industry trends and marketing opportunities for innovation.
Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, particularly digital content.
- Background in digital marketing or related field professional certification is a plus.
- Proficient in design software with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other administrative applications.
- Self-driven, flexible, and proactive, with a strong interest in the SME environment.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Salary: SGD 2,500 - 3,500
