Job Title: Marketing Intern / Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern / Executive to join our team in the food and retail packaging industry. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on food and retail packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in branding, product design, and digital marketing. Responsibilities will include managing social media, maintaining e-commerce platforms, collaborating with product development and content creators, and assisting with the development of point-of-sale materials (POSM) for existing products. This role also involves supporting management in events such as roadshows and tradeshows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Communications
o Develop and implement marketing strategies for food and retail packaging.
o Support branding efforts by assisting with creative input on product aesthetics and messaging.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
o Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness.
o Execute digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, SEO, and email marketing.
o Track and analyze digital metrics to optimize performance and reach.
3. E-commerce Platform Maintenance
o Maintain e-commerce accounts on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon, ensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
o Collaborate with the sales team to improve product visibility and online sales.
4. Product & Content Collaboration
o Work closely with product development and content creators to align branding and messaging.
o Provide input for product design, packaging concepts, and digital assets.
5. Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) Development
o Assist in creating and updating POSM for existing products, ensuring they reflect the brand's image and support marketing goals.
6. Event & Trade Show Support
o Assist in planning and executing events, including roadshows and tradeshows, to promote products and connect with customers.
o Support event logistics, from setup to post-event activities.
Requirements:
. Education: Fresh graduates with a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
. Skills:
o Interest in branding, product design, and the food/retail packaging industry.
o Experience with social media platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
o Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their maintenance.
o Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills.
. Attitude: Eager to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
