Assist in developing engaging content for World Farm's social media channels.
Create eye-catching visuals and graphics for social media campaigns using design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
Contribute to video content ideas and take charge of video production for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, including pre- and post- production.
Help manage and schedule posts on various social media channels
Research and implement best practices to increase website traffic and improve search rankings
Analyse campaign performance (e.g., email open rates, conversion rates, social media engagement) and provide actionable recommendations.
Support marketing promotions, seasonal sales, and customer engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and an understanding of what drives engagement, working knowledge of XHS and Lemon8 knowledge is a bonus
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus
Strong analytical skills able to interpret marketing data and provide insights
Creativity and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing strategies
Time management skills ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
