The Opportunity:
The Marketing intern will play a vital role in executing online and offline marketing strategies for the company. This role involves managing various marketing initiatives across different platforms, including events coordination, digital content creation, and partnership management. In this role, your tasks could include
Online Marketing:
- Upkeep content creation, including but not limited to ideating and creating videos for social media (TikTok, IG videos and etc). Ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across platforms, stay updated on the current trend and analyse performance data and insights to optimise content strategy, maximising engagement and reach on social channels.
- Source and liaise with various digital platforms for content distribution such as relevant articles and listicles, video collaborations, and any other online features.
- Source and facilitate communication with third-party creators/influencers such as Public Relations drops, promotional activities, and any other sponsored content.
- Conduct research, provide recommendations and justifications, and craft proposals for potential new marketing platform opportunities.
- Collate market intelligence by keeping close eye on competitors to maintain brand's competitive edge.
Offline Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and staff onsite during weekend activations and events such as health fairs, roadshows and pop-ups in medical and retail channels.
- Collaborate with designers to create marketing collaterals, including but not limited to, product fact sheets, brochures, promotional posters, and coordinate with agencies, printers, and vendors to meet project timelines. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines when developing marketing & events collateral materials.
- Reach out or liaise for sponsorships and partnerships.
You will also be responsible for any other projects or tasks that may arise.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline.
- Digitally savvy and proficient in computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Passion in Marketing aware of latest marketing, social media and ecommerce trends.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You must be able to commit to a 6-month internship.
