About The Role

The Professional Solutions Division requires a proven Marketing talent to execute APAC regional marketing initiatives. The Marketing Lead will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager to help identify marketing trends and opportunities, develop and implement plans for our brands, support revenue achievement and growth through offline and digital channels. The person will be a core member of the regional team and part of the global marketing team that will help HARMAN execute its Go-To-Market strategy in APAC.

Your Team

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing, APAC.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive integration of marketing efforts with business objectives and sales programs across APAC.
  • Work closely with agencies to develop and execute Advertisements, Brand Campaigns, Digital Campaigns, Press Relations, Creative Assets, Content Development and Promotional Merchandise (SWAG)
  • Launch Product Marketing campaigns in discussion with business development leaders across brands / product categories.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to implement e-commerce & digital marketing strategies, to support sell through efforts across markets. Support and execute all digital marketing campaigns from concept through end of campaign reporting.
  • Compile and study campaign data, forecasting metrics, and industry trends to measure the impact and efficiency of our marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Develop monthly reports, working closely with partner teams.
  • Provide Marketing support and overall coordination for trade shows and events led by HARMAN APAC team.
  • Conceptualize and develop sales enablement materials such as case studies and brochures.
  • Manage customer service emails/enquiries.

What You Need

  • Degree in Marketing
  • 3 to 5 years experience, ideally within a technology B2B space, hands-on execution of 360 degree marketing across print, digital, events and e-Commerce.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to be able to develop campaign briefs and reports.
  • Experienced with brand building, with
  • Experience using Google Analytics for campaign evaluation
  • Agency and Vendor management in marketing and online spaces

What Is Nice To Have

  • Demonstrated experience in developing press releases and crafting social media communications
  • Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop knowledge
  • Experience of a fast pace commercial environment and to prioritise workload effectively across simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Comfortable working across a multi-cultural environment
  • Additional language capabilities Korean, Japanese, Thai, Bahasa

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to travel up to 30 to 50%, regional travel (if required for projects)
  • Be willing to work in an office based in Singapore
  • Successfully complete a character reference check as a condition of employment
