As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness and accelerate growth marketing. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless marketing campaign execution while managing the marketing budget to maximize results. You'll have the opportunity to influence key initiatives related to customer acquisition, sales growth, and overall brand expansion.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Driving Growth & Revenue:
- Create and implement strategies to boost brand awareness and increase revenue growth through customer acquisition, member's retention and loyalty
- Focus on identifying opportunities and using performance-based channels such as CRM and loyalty programs to drive revenue
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and members, using customer segmentation and automation tools for targeted marketing to improve sales performance
2. Sales Marketing Strategy, Planning & Execution:
- Drive sales through effective marketing campaigns for brand launch, seasonal promotion and golf fest and events
- Conduct strategic analysis of the competitive landscape and perform detailed data analysis to derive insights for designing effective sales and marketing plans
- Develop and implement localized end-to-end sales and marketing initiatives, including collaboration with internal departments, brand owners and agencies
3.Budget Management & Business Analytics:
- Take ownership of the P&L and budget for all sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI while ensuring compliance and proper documentation
- Analyse marketing performance data to measure success and optimize strategies. Use A/B testing and data insights to continuously improve marketing efforts and track ROI
- Implement systems to track and report sales and marketing performance systematically
4. Brand Building & Collaborations:
- Strengthen the brand's identity across all channels and collaborate with brand owners through strategic partnerships to evaluate organizational goals
- Plan and execute multi-channel brand marketing across digital, social media and email, ensuring strong content marketing that aligns with growth objectives
5. Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with other Heads of Department
s, promoting creativity and collaboration. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks.
Experience and Skills:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
- Minimum 5 years in marketing at leading FMCG company with a focus on growth marketing
- Skilled in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in handling marketing budgets and optimizing ROI
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Good understanding of managing both organic and paid marketing efforts across platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and email.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, and partnering with external agencies
- Self-starter, resilient, able to react quickly in a fast-paced environment, can collaborate effectively across teams.
