We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to drive audience engagement, elevate brand awareness of the company and support our growth as a leading dance company and premier centre for dance education.
Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Singapore Ballet, our performances and the dance courses offered. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute the strategies and campaigns, particularly in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be creative and possess a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and have an interest in the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive ticket sales and enhance audience engagement.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and public relations.
- Manage company website: Update content on SB's website
- Oversee Content Creation: Oversee an internal team to develop engaging content, social media updates, and promotional materials about our performances and dance courses.
- Public relations: Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners to promote performances and elevate awareness of the company and our artistic works.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and data insights. Adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Ensure effective allocation of resources and track expenses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the artistic and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with the company's mission and objectives. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives. Help maintain relationships with board members, donors and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the performing arts or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
