Write compelling copy for online and social media content, including articles, blog posts, marketing messages, and captions for TikTok videos.- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
Ensure consistent messaging across platforms and maintain a cohesive online presence.
- Promote TikTok content on other social media platforms to expand reach and attract more followers.
Utilize different platforms to cross-promote content and drive traffic to TikTok, maximizing exposure and engagement.- Implement strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic from other platforms to TikTok.
Plan and execute video production for TikTok, including brainstorming ideas, scripting, shooting, and editing videos to create high-quality and shareable content.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, effects, and trends to produce visually appealing and engaging videos.
Continuously review and manage the company website and all digital assets, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure a seamless user experience and consistent branding.
Monitor and analyze the performance of TikTok content and other marketing efforts using analytics tools.
- Utilize insights to optimize content strategy, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Seek out collaboration opportunities with other TikTok creators, influencers, and brands to expand reach and engagement.- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, business development, and sales, to develop strategic and tactical content that aligns with business goals.
Establish and develop the brand vision and creative management system, ensuring brand guidelines are followed in all marketing efforts.
- Formulate brand creative design standards based on brand culture, concept, personality, positioning, and target audience.
Provide support to the sales team by leveraging brand knowledge, content, and marketing strategies to drive sales and business growth.
- Education & Certification
Min degree in business, marketing, multimedia-related or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or multimedia-related role will be preferred. Good understanding and proficiency in the usage of various social media/digital marketing/ email marketing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, forums, GDN, SEM, SEO, etc. is an added advantage
Creative with the ability to persuade through copywriting- Proactive and task-driven with a positive attitude
