Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual Product & Community Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role involves supporting product operations, coordinating with Korean developers, and driving social media engagement. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English and passionate about games and community-building.
Responsibilities
- Game Testing & CoordinationAssist with game testing to identify bugs and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with Korean developers to communicate necessary adjustments and enhancements.
Translate game documents, emails, and communications between Korean and English.
Travel to Korea to participate in meetings with developers and service providers.
- Social Media & Community EngagementCreate engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms to connect with players and enhance community engagement.
Monitor and respond to player comments and feedback on social media in a timely manner.
Organize and manage online events and campaigns to promote player interaction and build brand awareness.
Track and report community sentiment and trends to improve social media efforts.
- Ad-hoc TasksHandle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Korean and English (spoken and written) for seamless communication and translation.
- Comfortable traveling for business meetings.
- Experience or familiarity with social media management and content creation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with external partners and internal teams.

- Prior experience with game testing or product coordination is a plus.
